Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Ingredients:

1 cup butter
1 tsp. salt
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder

Topping:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup nuts or chocolate chips or both

Directions:

  1. Cream sugar with butter very well
  2. Add eggs one at a time
  3. Add flour and sour cream alternately, starting and ending with flour. Add baking soda and powder to the last cup of flour.
  4. Grease and flour tube pan.
  5. Place half of dough in pan and sprinkle with half of the topping.
  6. Pour rest of dough in and sprinkle with rest of topping.
  7. Bake at 350 for 50 min.
